Deep Cleaning for Carpets

Truck Mounted Extraction and Steam Cleaning – Clearview Cleaning uses CRI-approved Blue Line and Blue Wave Carpet Extractors.  These powerful carpet cleaners offer water pump pressure of 1200psi, self-heated water and a 100-gallon cleaning and recovery tank with a 300-foot hose to clean and disinfect your carpets.

We recommend steam cleaning carpets twice a year to maximize carpet life and ensure indoor air quality.

Interim Carpet Cleaning

Clipper DUO Carpet Cleaning – Clearview Cleaning uses the most current carpet and rug care technology available. Our Clipper DUOs are LEED compliant and utilize the iCapsol cleaning process which allows the carpets to be dry and ready for traffic approximately 20 minutes after cleaning.

Interim cleaning extends the time before re-soiling and reduces wicking.

Vacuums – All Clearview Cleaning vacuums are equipped with dual motors to expedite the cleaning process and reduce power usage. Equipment is checked weekly and maintained or repaired as needed. Bags are emptied regularly and reused in order to reduce waste.

Mop and Floor Cleaning System – Clearview Cleaning uses high-speed machines with a 21” base for buffing tile and marble floors. We’re equipped with slow-speed machines with both 17” and 21” bases for scrubbing and bonneting hard surfaces and vinyl.

Our unique wet-mopping system has separate compartments for rinse water and clean water, to ensure that only fresh water is applied to the floors with each stroke.

Microfiber flat mops are used for damp mopping. They are easily rinsed, washed and sanitized for repeated use.
