Since 1995, Sylvia Hampel has shaped the training programs, product choices and systematic cleaning services that make Clearview Cleaning one of the area’s top commercial janitorial companies. Ms. Hampel is a strong advocate throughout the community on the benefits of green cleaning methods and products and achieving LEED certification for her clients.

Prior to founding Clearview Cleaning, Ms. Hampel’s business experience as a successful entrepreneur developed her ability to recruit and lead strong teams. Her in-depth understanding of effective cleaning processes and efficiency measures have led to speaking engagements and opportunities to consult with area hospitals and medical offices, schools, and other large facilities on staffing requirements, cleaning systems, and biohazard procedures.

Ms. Hampel holds a business degree from Westminster College in Utah.

Our supervisory team is responsible for providing appropriate training and enforcing the latest Green Cleaning trends, products and equipment through quarterly training seminars. ​Together, our site managers and supervisors are the dedicated feet on the ground who ensure our services remain at the high standard our clients have come to expect

They utilize a network of relationships built over the past 20 years with vendors and manufacturers to keep abreast of innovations in the Green Cleaning industry and stay current with changing technologies and practices.

Through their weekly one on one meeting with the COO and annual Communication and Conflict Resolution training, our supervisors are a vital role in providing a healthy work environment, that encouraging growth and productivity.
